Can we import student gmail addresses?

Yes, there is a contact import link when you're in the contact management portion of gMail. System supports CSV (comma separted value), so you can have a student (think GenYes project) enter them in his/her online "sheet" or offline in Excel, and export as CSV file. Then share and import file appropriately (with other classmates).
